Orchid International SchoolDesign and development of brand elements - logo, copywriting, a design of the website, brochures, promotional, marketing and communication material on a retainer basis. The branding approach was based on the principle of Customer Experience Management. The project involved determining the customer touch-points (both academic & non-academic functions) since, every touch-point provides an opportunity to leave a lasting impression.
The branding approach influences and manages the perception, emotions, and knowledge of customers (Students, Faculty & Staff, Parents, Alumni & Community). We helped proactively creating an environment which delivers a positive experience unique to the client's institution. An environment which successfully increases enrollment minimizes transfers, attracts desired faculty and students while keeping the school vision and goals in alignment.
